This was me when I first started my career sa telecom industry.

But then I realized, What will happen to me after 5 years? or 10 years? Ano pa ba ang mga gusto kong gawin sa buhay? So I started to find new opportunities and today this is the one I will share with you. DISCOVERING OPPORTUNITIES Have the right mindset. Yep. It all starts from up there, sa isip natin. Identify Your Strengths and Weaknesses Sa paghahanap mo ng opportunities, you need to identify these two, and once you become aware of them, think about whether you could turn them into opportunities. Identify other Factors Important to You This helps in finding opportunities that are a suitable fit for you. For me, those were training/development and good compensation. Ikaw among preferred mo? Choose wisely It's important to choose the best opportunities that will fit your lifestyle, and have good rewards, career satisfaction, and associated risks. and pinaka importante Prepare, and Take Action Action solves almost all of our problems in life. Kahit gaano ka kagaling magplano, or maghanap ng opportunity but if you lack preparation and action, masasayang ang lahat. Don't forget that discovering excellent opportunities is an ongoing process rather than a fixed destination! Have an open mind and wide-open eyes, and be persistent in your efforts. You can never tell what opportunities will present themselves until you start looking.
