Know the reasons why and discover the solutions other people have found. Read on.
Most of the time, lalo na ngayong panahon ng pandemic, depressing ang mga nangyayari.
Even though maraming students, fresh graduates, and beginners ang willing matuto at mag aral ngayong taon para tumaas ang kanilang chance to do good sa kanilang career, very few will succeed to get good opportunity inside the telecom industry.
Some people will land a job that they don't even like.
Napilitan na lang dahil "NO CHOICE".
A few others will enjoy an opportunity na matagal na nyang hinihintay.
But nearly everyone else will land on a job that he/she is not even prepared to do.
Siguro nangyari na ito sa iyo. Nagsimula kang maghanap ng internship or work after graduation or while waiting for board exam, but you end up being clueless ano ba talaga ang papasukin mong trabaho lalo na ngayong panahon ng pandemic. Or perhaps matagal ka ng graduate, pero until now wala ka pa ding makuhang work. Maybe matagal ka na sa work mo pero hirap kang makakuha ng increase or salary adjustment na masasabing magiging komportable ka at ang iyong pamilya. It's frustrating. It's humiliating. It's exhausting. You feel powerless.
And sometimes it feels like kahit anong gawin mong sipag sa paghahanap ng isang magandang job opportunity, you end up either being rejected or being offered below your expected benefits.
Listen, if you've ever felt like this, let just reassure you that you are not the only one.
And let me also tell you that it's not your fault if you tried and failed before.
You see, the reason why you can't get the opportunity that you aim for is
lack of preparation
lack of focus
and lack of good mentorship.
I mean think about it:
marami kang kaibigan,
marami ka ding natutulungan,
madali ka ding turuan at mabilis matuto,
and in fact you are very much willing to learn at ibigay ang almost 101 percent ng iyong capability para lang makuha ang isang premium job opportunity sa loob ng telecom industry.
After all...
If you have solid preparation, laser-sharp focus, at good mentorship, then you'll also get a fantastic journey sa iyong career.
Hayz, may ibang tao, napakapalad...
Hindi mo rin ma test ang iyong knowledge, kasi wala namang mga exams na prepared for you to practice what you've learned.
So it's no wonder na maraming tao ang nahihirapan at the early stage of their career sa loob ng telecom industry.
And it's no wonder that other people make it look so easy, while you struggle to get the premium opportunity that you want.
MY STORY
I started my Telecom career in February 2004 sa isang kilalang Telecom operator sa Pilipinas.
But before that, I was a part time instructor sa isang college sa aming lalawigan sa Laguna.
I need too find ways to support my review at maging isang Engineer.
But I know that a good future awaits me.
WHY DID I RESIGN?
Because of these main reasons:
I want to become an Engineer with better financial benefits. Plain and Simple.
I want to become a Telecom Engineer with international experience.
Sobrang laki ng sahod nila as in mind blowing.
Magagaling mag design, optimize, at troubleshoot.
And then that time, dumating ang LTE (4G).
I feel alone, wala man lang akong mapagtanungan or makapagkwentuhan about LTE.
And then I returned sa Pilipinas as a Network Engineer sa isang malaking ICT company.
2019, before the pandemic, I came up with this idea to reach out sa mga taong gustong tahakin ang landas ng RF Engineering dito sa Pilipinas.
Take a look at what my students are saying about the previous programs:
You have the drive, motivation, inspiration, kaso parang may kulang...
Some time today or tomorrow or next month, in one of the telecom offices in the Philippines, or abroad may isang manager na maghahanap ng bagong tao, bagong empleyado, bagong engineer - either bata or experienced.
Isa ka kaya sa mapipili nya?
Suppose a good opportunity is open kung saan ka nagta-trabaho or pangarap mo mag trabaho - Operator, Vendor, Contractor, Supplier, and Wireless Engineering
Could you fill it?
Could you jump right in and make good?
Or would the boss have to pass you up dahil you lacked training or skills?
Ang nakakakuha ng ganitong opportunity is the one who has trained himself to hold it before it is shown to them.
Don't take chances on getting the big break.
Don't gamble on making good when your opportunity comes.
If you want a big opportunity that carries responsibility and pays good money, get ready for it!
So, What's the Plan?
That is why for people like you who plan for the future and live the moment, the focus is really important, especially in terms of learning!
We want to focus our learning on what will matter most today and in the future.
That is why I created different programs sa Terra Hertz, which focus on Technical and Career Preparations to help people build and strengthen their careers, especially those starting in the telecom industry.
WARNING!!!
THIS IS NOT FOR EVERYONE
THIS IS FOR SERIOUS PEOPLE ONLY!
Kung gusto mong maging mahusay na RF Engineer/Telecom Engineer/Network Engineer pero you are NOT willing to invest time and effort, hindi ito para sa iyo.
Kung gusto mong maging knowledgeable sa lahat ng wireless technology from GSM to 5G NR pero you are NOT willing to go out of your comfort zone, hindi ito para sa iyo.
Kung HINDI mo gustong mag-grow ang iyong career sa Telecom, HINDI mo gustong maging in-demand, at AYAW mong tumaas ang iyong salary at gusto mo chillax lang anytime bahala na si Batman, this is surely not for you.
PERO...
Kung ikaw ay aspiring RF Engineer/Telecom Engineer/Network Engineer at gagawin lahat para matuto at makapag level up sa iyong career;
Kung gusto mong mapabilang sa kalipunan ng mga RF Engineer/Telecom Engineer/Network Engineer na in-demand sa telecom industry;
Kung gusto mong tumaas ang iyong salary to provide a better life for your family and loved ones...
